About PoluSim

PoluSim is the complete solution for enterprise strategic forecasting. It provides a single location to interact with universally consistent sales and demand driver data, view statistically robust and managerially relevant outlooks, and plan scenarios for sales at a monthly and yearly level.

Simulate external changes such as tariffs’ impact, climate change, economic upside and downside risks (including recessions). Simulate internal changes such as price, marketing spend, and distribution coverage.

The product increases accuracy, reduces cost, and speeds up decision making.

PoluSim has been deployed in more than 100 countries.

PoluSim is based on lessons learned during our decades of strategy consulting work to the largest corporations in the world.

We decided to convert this knowledge into a robust application (starting in 2020) so that the same problem does not have to be solved by consultants over and over again.

Our timing was fortunate. The mathematical methods, data center capacities, and user interface technology came of age at during this time. We could therefore transition from consulting solutions to cloud-based solutions with ease.
