The Lund Lecture
This is a lecture given by our chairman to students at Lund University. It describes some of the concepts we work with and is of interest to anyone interested in global demand forecasting at the strategic level.
Our strategy audit is often the first step toward automating strategic forecasting and other activities. In the audit, we assess the strategy capabilities of the client based on deep experience and a robust framework. From this emanates a set of recommendations for how strategic planning can be improved.
